ASIC Class Order 02/273

HERE ARE THE OFFICIAL RULES THAT GOVERN CHIRON! THE BUSINESS DOCTOR’S™ EQUITY RAISING ACTIVITIES ON YOUR BEHALF:

ASIC CLASS ORDER 02/273:
Business Introduction & Matching Services

The Australian Securities & Investments Commission (ASIC) is the Australian Government’s securities industry regulator. It is the direct Australian equivalent of the United States of America’s Securities & Exchange Commission and has similar regulatory, supervisory, enforcement and prosecutorial powers. ASIC Class Order 02/273 is a set of official regulations that governs how I work on behalf of small and mid-size Business Owner clients to help them raise the equity capital they need to expand or develop their businesses.

For those of you interested in the technicalities of the laws and guidelines that set the parameters for my work as a Business Introduction & Matching Service pursuant to ASIC Class Order 02/273, I trust you found the Class Order to be informative. I would be pleased to personally discuss with you any issue you may have about the scope and application of ASIC Class Order 02/273.

Yours sincerely,
